SHERCO 450/500 SEF FACTORY

Fitted with;​

​Our race-ready Sherco 450/500's come fully equipped with premium components, designed for the demands of the Finke Desert Race;

​

  • New Desert Spec Motoz Tyres and Heavy Duty Tubes.

  • Heavy Duty Chain & Sprockets.

  • Scotts Steering Stabiliser.

  • Your choice of Barkbusters wrap-around or standard handguards.

  • Your choice of a low, standard, tall or desert spec seat.

  • Suspension set up to your specific weight and preferences.

  • Desert King Steg Pegz with extensions.

  • Custom 'Outback' graphics with your integrated race numbers and name.

  • Your choice of handlebar grips.

THE PACKAGE ALSO INCLUDES

  • Pre-run ride and testing on the Wednesday prior to the event.

  • All bike fuel and consumables (i.e. air filters, oil & oil filters, etc.)

  • Transport of bike to & from Start/Finish line for Scrutineering, Prologue and the Race.

  • Access to spares at the Finke overnight stop.

  • Bike servicing and support at Finke overnight stop (includes all camping gear, ice bath & shower, dinner & breakfast, sports drink, water and snacks, etc.).

  • On-course race fuel stops on both days.

  • Access to set-up advice, local knowledge and race tips from long time locals and former race outright winner.

  • Team shirt, cap and hoodie.

Costs to be paid separately by the rider

  • Entry fee to Race organiser (including the race entry process).

  • Any applicable MA race licence fees.

  • Transport to and from Alice Springs for the event.

  • Accommodation whilst in Alice Springs (we can assist and organise this for you at an extra cost).

  • Transport around Alice Springs during the course of your stay.

  • All food and drinks during the course of the event (except for those provided at the Finke overnight stop).
